Erva Üçüncü
(BArch), Architect, Acoustical Consultant

Erva completed her undergraduate studies in Architecture at TOBB University of Economics and Technology in 2025. Her undergraduate graduation project was selected among the awarded projects of the Archiprix Awards 2025.With an academic background that began in Audiology, she brings a strong understanding of human hearing and sound perception to architectural acoustics.

The intersection of these two disciplines shaped her focus on architectural acoustics, where spatial design and auditory perception converge.  Through her internships at Mezzo Stüdyo, Erva gained practical experience in room and building acoustics, noise control, and real-world project workflows, contributing to professional acoustic consultancy processes prior to officially joining the team. In 2024, she further expanded her research experience through a psychoacoustics internship at the Technical University of Dresden, where she developed a MATLAB-based experimental test investigating masked hearing thresholds across frequency bands.

She is currently continuing her academic development as a master’s student at TED University, strengthening her interdisciplinary approach at the intersection of sound and spatial perception.

Outside her academic and professional work, Erva maintains a strong interest in creative and physical activities. She stays active through dancing and swimming.
